Asperger Disease - Its Treatment Modalities
Asperger's disease is not actually a disease itself, or something that can lead to a serious complication like other acute and chronic illnesses. This is more of a condition that requires better understanding, especially among parents who have children suffering from such state. This condition does not require invasive treatment, such as surgeries, or any other expensive pharmacological agents for its cure. Although there are abnormalities in the patient's brain structure and functioning, surgeries or higher dosage of drugs will not resolve the condition. The treatment modalities needed to assuage and modify its signs and symptoms is focused more on psychological approach, such as behavioral adjustment methods.
